On 16 September (9am EDT & 1pm GMT), join the Circular Economy Coalition for Latin America & the Caribbean for the virtual event Latin America and the Caribbean´s Vision for a Circular Economy 2030 held on the margins of the 2021 World Circular Economy Forum.

More and more Circular Economy Initiatives by governments, the private sector, research institutes and other social actors are emerging in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). This session will present the region’s common vision for Circular Economy till 2030 and how it is being translated into action. It will showcase the specificities of the transition towards circular Economy in LAC. It will exemplify its economic opportunities and potential for innovation as well as the leveraging power of collaboration in the region.

This session will be elaborated collaboratively with the members of the Circular Economy Coalition and its strategic partners (Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF), Konrad Adenauer (KAS), the World Economic Forum (WEF), The Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy (PACE), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), The Climate Technology Centre & Network (CTCN), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
