The Inter-American Development Bank, in association with Radar PPP, developed a training program for professionals from development agencies in Brazil with three main objectives: (a) personalized training on PPP and concessions, with a focus in Green Finance; (b) a manual for structuring PPP programs and projects; (c) classification of municipalities to assess the prosperity potential of new PPP and concession projects.
