CABEI launches a new social bond in Taiwanese capital market

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) has issued a new 10-year social bond for an amount equivalent to 130 million dollars in the Taiwanese capital market. The placement has been carried out in accordance with CABEI’s Social Bond Framework. During year 2022, about 36% of CABEI’s bond issuances had been placed in the Taiwanese capital market.
This is CABEI’s second social issuance in year 2023, after the placement of the so-called “education bond” for 50 million dollars in the Japanese capital market.
