The Mexican Stock Exchange Group (BMV Group) presented the its first report aligned with the recommendations by the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), in order to improve sustainability practices and disclosure information related to the climate, as well as proper management of risks and opportunities.

The report consists of three chapters through which it is possible to obtain a context of the actions undertaken and to visualize the strategies to be followed in the coming years. The first chapter sets the context for the relevance of climate change and its impact on the financial sector, as well as briefly explaining TCFD scope and key concepts. Secondly, key actions developed by BMV Group during 2021 to comply with transparency goals in sustainability matters and alignment with the TCFD are described. Finally, it summarizes the next steps for upcoming years based on identified insights.
