Genneia from Argentina issues green bonds for 73 million dollars

Genneia, a renewable energy company with an 18% share in wind and solar installed capacity in Argentina, has placed Negotiable Obligations (ON) for the equivalent of 73 million dollars at 10 years term with a 4.5% annual fixed rate.
The proceeds will be used to finance the construction of two new renewable energy projects: 1) La Elbita wind project (103.5 MW) in the Buenos Aires province; and 2) Tocota III photovoltaic solar project (60 MW) in the San Juan province.
