Grupo Bimbo successfully renews its sustainability-linked committed revolving credit facility

Grupo Bimbo, one of the largest baked goods and snacks producer and distributor in Latin America, headquartered in Mexico, has successfully renewed its existing sustainability-linked committed revolving credit facility (RCF) with a syndicate of banks (consisting of twelve well-recognized financial institutions), upsizing it in 22% from 1,931 million dollars to 2,350 million dollars.
The RCF is a multi-currency, dual-tranche facility, consisting of a first tranche for 1,056 million dollars that matures in 2028, and a second tranche up to 1,294 million dollars that matures in 2030.
