IDB Invest and Xante promote access to housing in Mexico

Xante, a proptech subsidiary of housing developer Vinte, specialized in the purchase and sale of used homes in the low- and middle-income segments of Mexico, will receive a convertible loan from IDB Invest for an amount in local currency equivalent to approximately 25 million dollars.
The IDB Invest loan will allow Xante to expand its business through the acquisition, maintenance, and remodeling of existing homes. Xante’s potential business expansion is expected to result in increased demand of services and products from local independent contractors, mainly MSMEs.
