IFC provides financing to Banco BICE to expand mortgages for women in Chile

Chilean financial institution Banco BICE announced the signing of a loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, aimed at financing mortgage loans focused on housing for women. The 200-million dollars loan will have a five-year term and a 3-year grace period.
Additionally, IFC will support Banco BICE with financial advisory services to help strengthen its gender strategy.
