Innovation in the Caribbean: Six Stories of Transformation for Sustainable Development

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has recently published a report on the results and impact of innovative projects supported by the Bank in driving resilience, social progress, and sustainable development in six Caribbean countries.
The six transformation stories include: i) enhancing access to credit for productivity in Barbados; ii) upgrading water supply and sanitation systems in The Bahamas; iii) strengthening citizen security in Guyana; iv) formulating climate change policies in Jamaica; v) exploring the rehabilitation of energy sectors in Suriname; and vi) supporting for health services in Trinidad and Tobago.
