Power company EGE Haina from Dominican Republic receives green loan

GE Haina, largest power company in Dominican Republic, has received a 100-million dollars syndicated green loan from the Latin American Bank of Foreign Trade (Bladex) and The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank).
The proceeds will be allocated to renewable energy projects. EGE Haina maintains a 1200 MW portfolio of assets and projects that include wind farms, solar plants, and efficient thermal generation in the Dominican Republic and the Antilles.
