Fibra Uno Trust from Mexico announces the issuance of a 600-million dollars green bond in international markets

Fibra Uno, the first and largest real estate investment trust in Mexico and Latin America, announces the placement of the first green bond issued by a Mexican REIT in international markets under rule 144a/RegS, for an amount of 600 million dollars.
The green bond was issued at par with a coupon of 7.375% and a final bullet maturity of ten years. Through this transaction, Fibra Uno reaffirms its commitment to its environmental performance towards a net zero portfolio.
