ENGIE Chile places green bonds in international markets

ENGIE Chile, belonging to the ENGIE Group with headquarters in France, one of the leading companies in the global energy industry, has issued green bonds for an amount equivalent to 500 million dollars in the international markets.
The 10-year term bonds have a 6.375% annual coupon rate and semiannual interest payments. The objective of the placement is to continue financing renewable energy projects and the development of new technologies, such as storage systems, accelerating its energy transition goal.
