Bloomberg, the global business and financial information company, launched its new “Global Aggregate Green, Social, Sustainability Bond Indices”, expanding its offering of fixed income ESG indices.

Bloomberg clients will now benefit from transparency into underlying bond documentation such as use of proceeds allocation to the eligible project categories and subcategories, as well as alignment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), offering more seamless integration across portfolio management workflows.

The indices are aligned with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bond, Social Bond and Sustainability Bond Principles and Guidelines.
