IDB Lab, the innovation laboratory of the Inter-American Development Bank, and the specialized investment firm Fondo de Fondos México, have signed an agreement through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote the development and diversity of investment funds. The Mexican company specializes in developing and investing in private equity funds, venture capital funds, energy, infrastructure and social and environmental impact in Mexico and Latin America.

The objective of the agreement is to raise the ethical and professional standards of this industry by sharing and promoting best practices in terms of gender and diversity at the fund manager level. The collaboration also includes exchanging business intelligence and experiences to contribute to the development of the sector, joint participation in events and exchanging investment opportunities in high-impact fund managers.
