On November 2, the “Americas Alliance-IDB Responsible Investment Forum” will be held in Washington, D.C., ahead of the first Leaders’ Summit of the Alliance of the Americas for Economic Prosperity. The Forum will highlight the strategic investment and trade opportunities offered by greater regional economic integration, with the goal of building a more competitive and inclusive hemisphere, through increasing the resilience of supply chains, fostering innovation in the public and private sectors, and combating the climate crisis. Discussions will focus on four key sectors: infrastructure, semiconductors, clean energy and medical supplies.

The Forum features the participation of Heads of State from countries that have joined the Americas Partnership, other government leaders, think tanks, investors, leaders from the IDB and corporate representatives from across the American continent.
