In collaboration with CIBanco, through the program “Support for the implementation of the Energy Transition in Mexico” (TrEM) of GIZ Mexico, a study was developed to explore the Mexican solar thermal energy (STE) market, in order to support the institution in identifying challenges and opportunities for the potential creation of a specialized financial product in the sector.

During the presentation of the study entitled “Market overview, challenges and opportunities for the development of specialized financial products“, which took place on November 8, 2021, experts in the sector, developers, technology users, as well as companies interested in the adoption of STE, provided specialized information to continue promoting this sustainable energy model.
