The Association of Bankers of Mexico adopts UN commitment for sustainable financing

The Association of Bankers of Mexico (ABM) launched the declaration in favor of financing sustainable projects, thus joining the UN Responsible Banking initiative. The objective is to promote, from the financial sector, strategies to achieve the 2030 Agenda and the goals of the Paris Agreement.
The ABM joins this initiative with the aim of promoting financial products and services that contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to fight the impacts of climate change. More than 270 banks worldwide have already joined the UN initiative.
