This webinar “Financing the Circular Economy” presented the principles of the circular economy: the challenges and opportunities of the transition to the circular economy in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The role of multilateral banks in the circular economy ecosystem and how their role can boost financing was also discussed. Finally, there was a discussion on how a financial institution can incorporate the circular economy into its risk components and leverage opportunities through its financial mechanisms and how they connect with national public policies.
