The construction of new roads in the Amazon region generates much debate.
Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF), in collaboration with the Amazonia Environmental Research Institute (IPAM) and the Foundation for Conservation and Sustainable Development (FCDS), with financial support from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, analyzed systematically and simultaneous the expected economic, environmental and social impacts of the main road projects in the region.
