“This international workshop aims at discussing the required improvements in public policies and private decisions to create the incentives to nudge behaviors and drive the required public and private funds to make the transition to a low carbon economy. Following up on the discussions made in the first day of the international workshop, on the second day we will organize a discussion on various experiences with carbon markets, analyzing similarities and differences, pointing out the difficulties and challenges faced and seizing potential leverage points in the Latin American region.
