The objective of 3GFALC is to provide a platform for dialogue among those interested in transforming the energy future in Latin America on a big scale, making use of substantial renewable energy resources. The forum participants include energy ministers from Latin America and the Caribbean, managers of the largest electricity companies, heads of regulatory agencies, institutions specializing in renewable energy and the private sector operating in the region in this area.
