360 Energy Solar from Argentina issues green bond for 20 million dollars

360 Energy Solar S.A., an Argentine solar and renewable energy company, issued its first green bond for 20 million dollars. These are class 1 Negotiable Obligations with a rate of 1.25%, and a term of 42 months. The placement is aligned with the four main components of ICMA’s Green Bond Principles, and received a BV1 and A+ risk rating from Fix (affiliate of Fitch ratings). Itaú Bank was the only organizer and principal underwriter through its corporate and investment banking.
